We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Team lead to lead our creative team in producing innovative and compelling visual and multimedia content. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset, a passion for creative excellence, and the ability to inspire and guide a team of talented designers and artists.

 

Key responsibilities required:


·        Creative Strategy: Develop and implement creative strategies to optimize performance marketing campaigns, focusing on driving engagement, conversions, and ROI.


·        Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of designers, copywriters, and multimedia specialists to deliver high-quality, results-driven creative assets.

·        Campaign Ideation: Collaborate with marketing and analytics teams to conceptualize and develop innovative campaign ideas that align with business objectives and target audience insights.

·        Creative Execution: Oversee the end-to-end creative process, from concept development to final execution, ensuring all assets are on-brand, compelling, and optimized for performance.

Qualifications:
